A global tofu manufacturer required an improved roller solution for its freezer doors, which weigh approximately 400kg each. Existing rollers wore out every six months, leading to frequent replacements.

AMC Bearings assessed the issue and sourced a manufacturer to design and produce custom rollers suited to the load and environmental conditions.

After pressing in high-quality bearings, the rollers now last twice as long, significantly reducing maintenance time and costs.
